The Spanish Professor

Dr. Allison has a PhD in Hispanic Linguistics from the University of Houston, where she specialized in phonetics/phonology, sociolinguistics and language acquisition. She has nearly a decade of experience teaching Spanish at a post-secondary level and loves working with adults on their language-learning goals. In addition to teaching private Spanish courses, Dr. A works full-time running the Language Services Department at a large, inpatient psychiatric hospital and freelances as a curriculum developer. In her free time, Dr. Allison likes to play music, travel, and eat!
